Our supplier has advised that the Argos Home Maine Short Bookcase - White full internal dimensions, without shelves, is W74.9 x D28.4 x H82.4cm.
It does fall short of your required measurements. The top shelf can be 32.9cm, middle 30.4cm and bottom would be 15.9cm.
