Great for clearing air but not 5 years of filter
Love how quick it clears the air, due to having allergies I have this on 24/7. I got this due to it saying never change for 5 years, sadly 13 months on ive had to order a replacement filter which is an extra expense I wasn't expecting.

I only bought this on Saturday 17th January 2026. I was so impressed with how easy it was to set up and the efficiency, I bought the smaller one for the Bedroom. Which arrived today 20th January. Set it on Auto and it'll do the rest for you. You DON'T need to use Anti-Odour if the fragrance is not to your liking. Makes no difference to how the Purifier works. Does not take long for Eco-Mode to kick in either. Equalling lower running costs and longer Main Filter life.

We can confirm that the HP300UK would be the best option available. With that in mind, the HP150UK is still very much suitable for the area you've mentioned, as both air purifiers can easily cover it.
This air purifier features a standard 3-pin mains plug.

The Shark NeverChange5 Air Purifier is tested to clean a room of about 12 m² and is rated for spaces up to 60 m² in typical home use. Placing it on your landing can help circulate and purify air in adjacent areas, provided doors are open and the overall footprint doesn’t exceed its 60 m² coverage, but it won’t fully scrub air in fully closed-off rooms. For complete whole-house coverage, consider one purifier per floor or major zone.

Of course, you can switch off the scent feature! Simply lift the handle on the odor dial and turn it clockwise until the two arrows match up. This will get the odor cartridge assembly ready for removal. To turn off the Odor Neutralizer Technology, you can either take out the cartridge assembly or rotate it one click counterclockwise, ensuring that the cartridge isn’t exposed to the airflow.
