Very effective
A bit more on the expensive side but really worth it. I get a tight knot on my upper back which is really difficult to get to so being able to roll over the ball really targeted the area. The powerful vibration got to the deeper muscle tissue, I felt great after one use!

A good tool for hard to reach areas!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this item. It's not as good as a Theragun, but helps in areas that I can't reach with the Theragun. On a low option, it's quite relaxing too. I'm very pleased with this purchase; it's really a 4 1\2 stars!

Theragun - Foam Roller, Solo and Duo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm currently undergoing a course in Foam Roller as part of my role as a PT and have been applying myself to a "normal" foam roller until I purchased the above mentioned trio. They've performed really well and take away some of the drudgery involved in finding and dealing with "trigger spots". They're a little more comfortable than normal rollers and I find it easier to apply the therapy to my clients. All in all a great purchase.

Brilliant little device

Both myself and my partner are using this on a regular basis now and couldn't be more happier. A short sess on a target area and we just feel a relief. It's not a permanent solution, but definitely aids a lot in downtime.

Trying to return

Superb Device
This device is an asset to my Therabody story. Began using the Theragun a while back on recommendation from my pilates teacher. I now use on a regular basis to keep myself supple and thought I would try the Wave Duo another recommendation and am enjoying the versatility and many different angles this can reach and stimulate the blood flow, which for me is very important as I suffer from poor circulation. This really is a perfect addition to my experience.
