The supplier has advised the following for the Henry FloMax Hose:

“ The hose component itself is 2m but the FloMax hose is supplied with the end cuffs. Therefore the end product is 2.2m. ”

I will answer my own question seeing as i didnt get a response. It is not 2.2 metres it is 2, the hose is also cheaper quality and less flexible. Will be returning due to less reach than the last hose at 2.2m, which was difficult anyway vacuuming awkward areas like stairs. Last hose lasted 3 years compared to the original at 13 years too.
