I bought this due to suffering with menopausal night sweats. The idea was to attach it to my pillow that I put under my legs at night. At first it’s lovely and cool but within 10-20 minutes it’s warm and if I wake up in the night it’s as hot as a hot water bottle! I don’t understand?

I got this during the most recent heatwave as it has no cooling factors at all. It's very thin and seems to have no gel inside. Putting in the fridge did no help. Extremely expensive and not fit for purpose.

This product was bought for my cousin who has had intensive radiotherapy on her groin area, I got this for her to sit on so that she had constant cooling before, during and after her treatment, I did buy 2 so that she had one to use and one to be at the ready via the fridge or we wrapped it around a frozen pop bottle covered in foil then wrapped it around and kept it in a cool bag for post radiotherapy, her words she would never have thought it would be as useful as it was and so glad, she has recommended it to the other cancer patients so that it can help them
