Good looking and light
I bought this to replace an old singer machine that no longer works. It is very light for moving around. Works well. My only problem is trying to thread the needle using the “easy” threading system. I can’t do it so thread the old fashioned way. Also when using normal straight stitch the needle is positioned off to the rigt!

Really pleased good weights, so it doesn’t slide needle threader which is absolutely brilliant would recommend the only thing I’d say is look on YouTube singer of sewing machine site to set up as a book is a bit confusing Things I don’t like about it is where you put the spool into machine is plastic I prefer metal and also the cotton holders and spool holders are plastic where I prefer metal

This model is capable of free motion embroidery by using the darning plate to cover the feed dogs, along with a darning/embroidery foot (this is an additional accessory). Please note that it is not possible to lower the feed dogs, only cover them.
