About this product
The Josie Shorty Bunk Bed gives you sleeping space for two without taking over a small bedroom. It's built for shared rooms and sleepovers where floor space is limited. The solid wood frame with white finish stands up to daily use and keeps things stable through restless nights. It's 15cm shorter and narrower than a standard single bunk, so it fits into compact bedrooms and smaller spaces where full-size bunks won't. The fixed ladder stays secure, and wooden slats support the mattresses without extra framework.
Comes with two Habitat Kids Rae Comfort mattresses included, each with 192 open coil springs and soft cushioning that supports growing bodies. The white damask covers have anti-allergy protection. At 15cm deep they're the right height for bunk use and meet top bunk safety guidelines. The mattresses don't need turning, so care is straightforward. Must be attached to a wall or building structure for safety. Maximum user weight 100kg per bunk, suitable for ages six and over. Self-assembly required, two people recommended.

Happy with the purchase. Kids love the bed. Its very well made, comfy and sturdy. Happy that we both this bed. It was easy to build. Very good size. Won't need another one for a long time. Top bed has high enough sides so eldest one wont roll out.

Great fit in a small space
The only twin bed within my budget that would fit the space I have. Easy to put together, I did it on my own and I’m a 62 year old female. Good structure, great for my grandkids occasional use. If it was for teens I think I would want a much sturdier set up though. But absolutely great for what I need at the moment. Great value for money though.
