About this product
This 4-arm rotary airer gives you 50m of drying space, so there's plenty of room for all your washing without things getting squashed or taking ages to dry. It's well suited to busy households where laundry keeps piling up - just pop it up when you need it and fold it down when you're done. The umbrella lifting mechanism makes opening and closing simple, and the blue locking system clicks into place at four stages so you can adjust the height to suit what you're drying.
The steel pole is sturdy and stays firmly in place once installed, and it comes with a ground socket to help you fix it securely. The 38mm pole diameter gives it a solid frame, and when fully open it needs a fair amount of space to turn with a 2.7m circle. It weighs just over 4kg, so it's manageable to move around if needed. My Argos Home 50m x 4 Arm Rotary Airer Washing Line not fit securely into the recommended ground stake. I have had to wedge a screw driver permanently in between the base fixings to stabilise the dryer. The rotating arms do not remain in position when folded for the cover to be put in place.

Rotary line
This washing rotary line is excellent it's the second one I've had in 20 years so that shows how long they last it's a nice big washing line as I had noticed when looking to purchase that most of the rotary lines are now quite small but this goes up and down nicely and you can get two loads of washing on it easily love it!!

Mine isnt concreted in and is fine! I bought a ground spike which my dad hammered into the ground for me and then this fits fine with the ground socket attached into the spike also.
My line is very sturdy, it also means I can remove from the ground if needed

The Home 50m 4 Arm Rotary Airer has a pole diameter of 38mm. If the diameter of your ground spike is less than this then it will not fit. A separate ground socket is supplied with this airer.
