I bought this 2 months ago and waw it's blown me away the speed you can navigate the picture and adio quality is perfect 4k and the amount of space you have for lots of streaming apps which never glitch because the connectivity is excellent, what more can I say, I love it.

Amazon 4K Max Firestick with Alexa.
This was bought as a upgrade to my previous Amazon Firestick. I saw the improved picdture quality on a friend's tv when she started using a firecube and thought I could benefit by trying 4K. Having set up a firestick before I knew what to expect regarding linking it to my Amazon account, although this could have been made easier. Even though I agreed to import settings and passwords from an existing Firestick account I find that I have to log in to each streaming service, Netflix, the BBC etc. individually on first visit, which seems a bit of a chore. Overall I am happy with its performance, which is faster than the standard stick. Connection was simple and the remote control is intuitive. The device communicates with my TV and soundbar seamlessly. The only niggle I have found is that, after a binge session of viewing, the lip-sync can drift slightly, probably less than half a second, this can be restored by pausing streaming briefly.

I only collected my firestick two days ago and started using the same day. It was pretty easy to install, but I’m glad my more tech savvy friend was there for support. I find it very easy to use and can access all the programmes my husband and I were looking to keep.
