Bought so that we can watch TV on our travels, even abroad if you use a VPN ;-) Has everything you need in the box apart from a long HDMI lead.... provided one works OK but we have had an issue with an older TV where the port was almost unreachable without taking the TV off the wall! Initial setup was a bit long winded...a couple of firmware updates needed but they all worked flawlessly. Fast "boot up" on power up. Pros: A lot smaller than I thought it would be and a lot of free [advert supported] content. Cons: Bit fiddly with older and/or wall mounted TV's Overall worth the money I paid for it.

A brilliant product for me
I bought this product to increase and improve the features that my older TV had. The firestick has good quality, loads apps quickly and almost never buffers. It is important to note that if you have an up to date smart TV that has all of the apps that you need (eg Disney+, apple TV+, Netflix ETC) it is not as useful but may still be good.

Finally ditched Sky TV
Finally ditched Sky and as my TV was approximately 7 years old, bought the Firestick 4k max. So glad i did, very quick to set up and intuitive, I haven't missed sky one bit.

Better firestick
Better then our old fire stick not so lagging and I can watch show at 900p to 1080p without too much trouble. Amazon silk let's way too many intrusive ads through just config the DNS and will sort most of that too.
