Better than Space Marine
Even if you're not a Warhammer 40k fan this is a great romp through different planets and missions. Even when playing solo the AI is decent enough not to get in the way. The story driven gameplay brings you in quite nicely with some excellent fan service for those who know the lore. There are many different trials and options to try out and complete so it's not just the main story line. The game runs at a fair clip and there are times when you need to think strategically or you quickly get overwhelmed. It's kept me playing this for several months thanks to the online modes.

Absolutely epic game, with fantastic combat and gameplay. More and more free content has been added since launch, including a new class, new levels and enemies etc, with more on the way. It is a game you will get a lot of time out of and keep coming back to.

Courage and honour
If you're not a fan of the 40k universe this is actually a really poor game. The graphics are good the story great but it is very linear it's essentially a 3d scrolling game as there is only one route you can take. You can do the other squads missions later but by that point I didn't care anymore. There also isn't really that much story. I feel the whole thing could have been completed in 2 hours if I was any good only the regular deaths stretched it out. A poor reflection on the 1st game in the series.
