The Barnwell Oak Short Stool gives you that extra seat when friends turn up or family gatherings get bigger than planned. It's carved in a saddle style that's sculpted to fit comfortably, so you can sit for the whole meal without shifting about. There's an oak frame and solid wood seat that brings all the natural grain patterns through. A footrest rung sits at just the right height for resting your feet. It's compact enough to tuck under a table or move between rooms when you need it.

The oak frame stands up to regular use and keeps its solid feel over time. The natural wood finish just needs a quick wipe with a damp cloth to keep it looking good. Self-assembly's straightforward, though you'll want someone to help hold things steady while you fix it together. It'll support up to 100kg, so it's a sturdy perch for most adults.
