Hello Sam,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the SENSSE ELITE 8 light LED Face Mask: The charging controller takes up to 180 minutes for a full charge initially.
The charger will operate differently depending on the programme and the intensity setting selected.
If you are using the mask on the automatic programme on the highest intensity it will usually work for 4-5 programme uses before a recharge is needed.
On a single setting on the highest intensity it will work 5 times before needing a charge.
If the lower intensity settings are selected (1 or 2) then the charge will last longer as less power is needed.
