YES!!! You MUST create an account to activate and use this sim!!! This is supposed to be a Pay as you go sim preloaded with 20GBP so you can use its unlimited data for 1 month but apparently you have to create an account and give your credit card details to use it!!! absolute scam!!! Smarty forcing you to join them using scammy tactics! I just lost 20GBP on this useless sim and now I am stuck without the much needed unlimited data away from home. DO NOT BUY THIS SIM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
You actually do not need download the app - follow the steps on the back of the sim pack.
