Awful, total waste of money.
Absolute waste of money. Rug is more like a throw. It slides all over the floor and can barely be hoovered. Shedding dreadfully too. Customer service have been a waste of time.

Great value for money, soft, but the actual surface of the rug is very slippery. I'd assumed previous reviews meant it moved about on hard floors! Very dark blue and much darker than I'd expected, but all devices show different colours.
