The Vax HomePro Pet-Design Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is built for tackling pet hair and everyday dirt across your entire home. It runs for up to 45 minutes on a full charge with the VAX ONEPWR 4.0Ah MAX Battery, giving you plenty of time to get through multiple rooms. The FlexiClean pole bends so you can reach under furniture without getting on your hands and knees, and the motorised floor head drives bristles into carpet to lift out ground-in dirt.
It converts to a handheld for sofas, stairs and cars, with tools including a motorised pet tool, pet hair remover, crevice nozzle, and stair tool. The two-stage filtration captures 99.9% of dust and allergens down to 0.3 microns, and the washable filter cuts replacement costs. The 0.7l dustbin empties via a slide mechanism with a full indicator. Weighing 3.5kg, it's a good cordless stick weight. The wall mount charges and stores it. The battery charges in 3 hours with a low battery indicator. Power boost mode adds suction, and it works on carpets, wool, rugs, hard floors, laminate, upholstery and stairs.

Excellent! Strong, Sturdy, Quality Vacuum
Excellent vacuum cleaner, it is powerful, picks up the hairs and unseen dust! I love all the attachments with it. it is a strong ,sturdy and a quality vacuum cleaner, built to last! The weight is fine too. (It is not lightweight) I can vacuum the stairs and the car easily, it came with lots of attachments. The 1 x battery is also enough. The attachments are easy to add on and remove.

Bought recently lovely machine unfortunately just a bit too heavy for us old codgers ,pity such a nice machine, Can't thank Vax enough for the prompt refund. PS it was a nightmare to get back in the box, amazing packing on your part (lol)

Overall good purchase
I bought this a few weeks ago, super happy with it. I'm fairly petit so I don't wanna carry around a massive heavy hoover. I'm also a big fan of the dustbin push function. Brilliant

Good at picking up, bit frequent maintenance.
First the good - it cleans well and does not clog the roller. I have two very hairy dogs and I no longer have to remove and clean the roller all the time. Overall the cleaning and power seem very good. The toolkit which came with mine is great for cleaning the car (bendy hose) The bad - It seems a little flimsy compared to the previous vax I had. The bendable stick looks flimsy, as does the emptying mechanism. Also, with my dogs constantly picking up small twigs at this time of the year it is getting blocked quite easily. I seem to have to unblock it quite often. It blocks at the bottom where the tube attaches to the brushhead, and at the top where it joins the dust container. This may just be down to the number of sticks I am hoovering. Another point is the filters. These are easy to get to but seem to clog very quickly. The replacements are very expensive.

Great hoover, light and easy to use . The only problem i have is releasing the dust container to empty the hoover i have to use a knife .

Upright vacuum works well as expected but emptying it is difficult. You have to press the button really hard and this is tricky while holding it over a bin and having arthritic fingers!

Got a pet get a vax
Very impressive cordless hoover very versatile and powerful. The attachments are i nice added feature making cleaning a whole lot easier. Had a slight part issue but aftercare were very efficient and helpful

This was a replacement for a faulty one different model,it is satisfactory for hard surface floors but regarding pet hairs on rugs not very effective I,m afraid.

"The Vax HomePro Vacuum is suitable for under the sofa cleaning and has a built-in flex hose for ease in reach and access to those low areas. I would be unable to confirm the specific height of the floorhead however this would be suitable to use under most sofa types."

Having checked I can see the Vax Cordless Car Kit is only compatible with Vax Blade 4 Vacuum Cleaners so would not work with this vacuum.

In general, cordless units are as powerful as corded units, however over time this may fluctuate due to the age or charge of the batteries. A corded machine is typically more consistent over time, but the difference is minimal.
Suction power will be good on all machines as long as proper maintenance is followed, such as cleaning and changing filters regularly, ensuring there are no blockages, etc. ā
