Heavy to lift into base
This parasol gives good shade over a large area. However when angled it lost its balance and pulled the concrete base over as well. I suspect I will need to buy an even heavier base for it. I also had difficulty in putting the shade back into an upright.position.

Habitate Shanghai 2.7m Garden Parasol
Purchased a few weeks ago. Great for when it's not too windy. Unfortunately our garden is facing the coast and we have to put it down if it's gusty. However, it's a great, good quality parasol for the money and we like the tilting action.

Very stylish looking and the mechanism that raises the parasol is very easy to use. Stands up well to a bit of light rain. There is a warning message that it should not be used in windy weather, but to be honest, it is not great even in the lightest breeze, it compares very badly with the previous parasol we owned in that respect.

I bought this recently as needed a bigger shade due to the sunny and hot weather. Easy to order and collect, the box is quite long but fitted in my Golf and was easy to install in the outside table. The winding mechanism is very helpful, easy to use, but not sure about direction settings for up and down, but ends the issue of pushing up the parasol to get a pin to fit into a slot

This does not have a wind vent. It is advised to put the parasol down in windy conditions.

I can confirm that the Habitat Shanghai 2.7m Garden Parasol does not specifically have height adjustment however it does tilt, which would make the parasol lower, at an angle.
