Honestly pretty terrible. I bought this only a few weeks ago because several people I know have the same mug and they work, but this one does not! I'm not sure whether it's just my luck but I put it in my bag once and there are so many scratches/ black marks that I can't get off?? No idea why considering it wasn't even being shaken about. Also it no longer is leak free- it leaked all over my bag. No idea why. So yeah, that's not really ideal. Maybe I'm not destined to have a travel mug. It does keep the drink hot for about 4 hours though so that's something. Also it's now so squeaky when I open it. First world problems though.

Bought to replace a bamboo eco cup that developed a tiny split. I liked the idea of a sturdy recyclable stainless steel lined cup and this one ticked all the boxes. It's easy to grip and doesn't leak. Been using for a few weeks and no complaints.

Bought this to keep my coffee warm. It does but when I come to wash it out I cannot remove the top, which is in 3 pieces. I couldn't find a customer service address here in the UK, only one in Australia...
