Bargain at that price!
Great price for a great bit of kit. Needed more space so upgraded from my aging 1tb Samsung 970 Evo to this one! Speed incease is noticeable as well. All in all happy with purchase and as I mentioned the price was great for 2tb!

I was surprised to be able to get this somewhat specialist kit from Argos within 24 hours. May be not the cheapest option but very convenient and works as expected.

Great speeds and reliable
With a month since I've bought this, the SSD has proven great with playing games. The read/write speeds are as advertised and it has been reliable for loading games and files quickly. My only issue is that the SSD doesn't come with a screw to hold it down on the motherboard, which I think is kind of needed if you don't want it damaged? This means the SSD sits at an angle hanging off the motherboard but it still works fine.

Your Motherboard box should have the scew to mount the SSD onto the Motherboard

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for Samsung 990 EVO Plus 2TB PCIe NVMe M.2 Internal SSD:
Samsung has tested and confirmed that the 980 PRO and 990 PRO with heatsink are compatible with the PS5.
The 990 EVO PLUS does not have a heatsink and is a PCIe 5.0 or 4x4 SSD. We cannot guarantee that this SSD will work in a PS5 without the heatsink and will not overheat.
