A backwards step design-wise
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much prefer the 9-year-old, basic cleaner this one is replacing. Other than picking up more as it has a new motor and filters, and being better along edges, it’s not as good as my old model. Have to take the long wand off the base unit to use lift away with shorter handle, “adjustable suction” is all or nothing which means mats get sucked up and jam the roller, and lower top cable hook means longer cable takes longer to stow.

Powerful, strudy, does what it says it does!!!
I needed a vacuum that had good suction as cat hairs drive me mad. I previously had a shark and it was brilliant, it worked amazingly even changing the colour of my carpet (as other vacuums use to move cat hairs around not suck them up). Its right as the saying goes "you only get what you pay for"...so i bought another Shark and its powerful and gets the job done exactly as it should. So yeah if you are undecided in your choice, you cant go wrong with a Shark Vacuum.

Strong suction
First time buying a shark hoover so went with anti tangle . So powerful and also has a more powerful switch plus u can switch if to hard floors , the amount of cat hairs it pulls up is amazing and the head is clear . Haven’t had a power cable hoover for years as I find the lead annoying but so glad I decided to buy this hoover . No good if u struggle with your back badly ,as it’s so powerful it’s a little heavy , I get a bad back now and then but it hasn’t started my back to ache as yet which is a good thing . It brings up the pile on your carpet where mine has gone flat from my cordless one previously , and I have to say it’s made my carpet look really good with the lifted piles because it’s so strong . Defo converted me to a cable mains hoover . And I love the shark brand and the price was good and delivery next day . Find Argos great for delivery if u don’t want to collect .

Really pleased with this purchase. The vacuum has good suction and the tools are so useful being with the vac instead of having to go and fetch separate ones. The fragrance is really very pleasant from the disc that you insert to banish any pet odours. Rather heavy at 6kg (?) but the workout does one good. All in all I would recommend this product

Bought this a couple of weeks ago, and used it in anger yesterday day. I would have to say it's brilliant, best ever hoover. Used all the functions and it worked great. One little detail though the power head does tend to fall of now and again. Other than that brilliant.
