bought a week a go tried it over the w/e and works well. Very goo suction but a bit on heavy side. Reasonable to do most cleaning chores and not bad for the money.

Disappointed
Really disappointed with this purchase. First time buying a shark product ... it's heavy, unwieldy and far too powerful to push on max suction. It only comes with two accessory tools, not three as described...the multi surface tool isn't included yet Argos continues to advertise it as included. The lift away has to be held as it falls over if put down on a flat surface & the tools don't fit the holders on the sides of the main machine. The anti odour device is just a gimmick in my opinion ..waste of money replacing the cartridges. Overall very disappointed. I had hoped for something much better.

Oh my, thought my carpets were hair free until I used this hoover. It really picks up the dog hair. It is easy to use and easy to empty. I thoroughly recommend it.

Not good for carpets
I had this hoover delivered i unboxed and tested straight away on my hard floor and carpets, hard floor was perfectly fine but i could not hoover carpets or rugs at all it became so hard to push and i when i tried the rollers immediately stopped and red light came on i tried all types of carpet in my house. I had to send back the next day.

Great priced vacuum.
Great to collect 24 hrs later when my last shark fell apart, literally, it was well used over the years, so I was happy to purchase another Shark vacuum cleaner. Because of the dogs and grandchildren I once again opted for the anti hair wrap plus pet type, this one has a much larger capacity for dust and debris, still has the handy lights and was extremely simple to put together. Great suction and very handy anti odour pod after hoovering up after dogs, happy so far with my purchase.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago. Is just hoovered before I bought this with my old shark hoover. Got it home hoovered again with this one. It was like id never hoovered ever before. The pile on my carpet came up almost like new. Very easy to keep the dust collection section clean after emptying with just a quick rinse with warm water and left to drip dry before replacing. This model has the odour pod which is a good addition. I would def buy a shark again I love them. One thing to remember that when you have it on max suction you need 2 hands to push and pull but the clean is unreal.

No nonsense vacuuming
Very happy with purchase. Capacity great - don't have to keep emptying even when hovering whole house. The lift away feature is great for stairs and cobweb removal from ceilings etc. Hair removal tool fabulous for sofas and soft furnishings and make light weight of car cleaning. Odour cannister leaves house smelling fresh.
