EXPENSIVE DUD
Purchased a while back, have one Shark already which works fine. This new machine will not suck up on carpet, does not move like a Hoover should. Also try removing front and only roller bar to clean this and plastic housing- you need an engineer!! I contacted Shark help about front bar removal despite giving pictures and model. Serial Number - the information they send refer to a different machine - remove soft bar roller first ?? Will I buy more currently NO! Why would you when basic cleaning can not be done on Hoover or the hoover is useless when hoovering. It looks good but performs like a broken down old car.

I have bought this a week ago and so far I am pleased with it. The only thing I would change is the stairs brush rollers or the tube it goes into,it's very stiff and not much flexibility to manuver it properly making it hard to clean the stairs. It still catches lots of hairs that I have to manually remove. Dunno if my carpet floor is old or is normal but when I vacuum there's so much dust inside the vacuum..

Great suction
The shark hoover is great, we have a dog and 2 cats so there’s alway loads of hair and normally takes a few attempts to get it all up, but this nailed it first time and had a big enough capacity for it all to fit in one go. The odor control seems to help control the pet smell as well

Shark anti hair wrap hoover
I’d previously had a shark pet hoover which I did find extremely heavy but very good. It finally gave up after years of use so got this one and I have to say it’s so much lighter and smaller but just as powerful, we have 4 cats and carpets and this works a treat.

Dyson to shark
I was apprehensive at first but now i absolutely love my shark. Its picked up dust and debris that the dyson never did.
