Not a lightweight
I find this appliance heavy to use as the blades for the hair wrap as opposed to brushes drag on certain carpets .This is my third Shark vacuum and find the lift away system on this model awkward compared to the previous ones and the max/ min option instead of a slide control regulator not as workable . That said it is efficient but maybe a poor choice of selection for me personally .

AS GOOD AS EXPECTED
Does all I expected from a second Shark vacuum. Comfortably deals with the hair from a large golden retriever. Only negative is the ridiculously small and awkward space to wrap the flex round after use.

Great for pet owners
Bought this to replace my previous SHARK vacuum and certainly not disappointed. The anti hair wrap is great for pet hair and odour control also works well.

Heavy, hard to push!
Bought this last week as my previous shark went to Hoover heaven, the suction is great however the hoover itself is very bulky and hard to push! If I could’ve tried before I bought I probably would’ve opted for a lighter choice of Hoover.

Disappointing - if you own a Ruggable rug please r
Sadly not as good as previous Shark vacuum cleaners. Feels very plasticky and flimsy. You don't have a prayer of using it without the lights turning red when you try to vacuum over a 'Ruggable' rug. Disappointing. It's excellent on carpet and hard floors but over rugs it's a disaster. I wish I had sent it back rather than dealing with the frustration of using this every day. Never had an issue with previous Shark Vacuum cleaners when hoovering over any type of rug. Even with the settings set at minimum it won't work.
