Great mains powered vacuum
I bought this a few weeks ago and love it so far. Easy to use, especially on the stairs, the main head is self propelled so you don’t have to make a lot of effort to move it around. Easy to empty and to change heads. Glad I purchased the mains powered version so no chance of low battery. Fairly loud but not any more than to be expected.

Great design
i bought this couple weeks ago and its the best vacuum by far the suction maneuverability and versatility is amazing i use shark products as they are anyi hair wrap so saves me getting rid of hairs myself. My last vacuum lasted me years and wanted a upgrade so now i have 2 ita good to have more than one when one breaks down

Great Power / Minimal Noise /Cord too stiff :-(
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a step up from our cordless IZ380UK. Step up yes! Stepping over & around the power cord / cable another issue, however, is it a £250+ difference issue as we will HAVE to get used to? Such POWER compared with the cordless one, as we saw when using the new on 1st time off, we'd only vacuumed a few days previously, the dust, fluff & hair as the new one DRAGGED out of the carpets was bin filling, a few times over. That said the bin maybe need be larger? Time will tell there. The Power Cord, what a pain that is no way can I get the thing to lay flat :-( Time too will tell there. Hopefully over time it'll slacken off a wee bit & become less cord store shape holding.. Having read other reviews, it seems as it's a known "ISSUE" :-( Maybe time to change to a less rigid cord? That said I guess as part of the rigidity is the armour to protect it in case of a roll over / wrap up. Maybe will have to return and exchange pay more for a cordless. Would I recommend it? Yes, however, beware the cord / cable..

Powerful vacuum - highly recommend!
It is by far the best vacuum I’ve owned! Great on carpets and hard floors. The different accessories (ie pet brush) are really useful. At one point I was thinking of purchasing a mattress vacuum but this one does the job and works wonders on soft surfaces and upholstery. Similar to other reviews, the only downsides are that it does not stand on its own and the cable is a bit inflexible, however I still think it’s worth it. Really happy with my purchase!

Amazing!
Best Hoover! Hoovers forward and backwards, picks up every bit of dirt and changes itself to carpet or flooring! Easy to Hoover under couch and the smell is amazing after I’ve hoovered with the scent! Would highly recommend!!!

Good Vacuum nice features bit pricey though
Purchased a few weeks ago. So far so good. It automatically detects if carpet or hard floor. It separates so you can clean sofa, stairs etc and comes with small crevice tools. Not as noisey as my old vacuum and there is a cartridge to keep it from smelling. These can be purchased in the future. Find it easy enough to use as I have a bad back. Cable can be slightly annoying as its thick and can get in way a bit. It wont stand upright unless its against something. There are lights on the front which is a nice touch. Can get under furniture easy.

Great hoover
I have had this for a month and I'm vey pleased with it. The suction is better that expected and it also picks up bigger bits that I thought it would. The changeable bit are great for the stairs and cobwebs, I'm probably going to purchase one for my daughter as well. It has a small waste bucket and it does need emptying more often but this is such an easy prosses it doesn't cause any problems. Would have been a nice addition to have the attachments clips on the hoover and is also doesn't stand up by itself.

This Vacuum Cleaner is amazing! I have had dyson's previously and honestly the Shark power detect is far superior. The detect feature is fab as I have mixed flooring which the vacuum detects automatically. The light shows up any dust/dirt and it is effortless.

Ok but not easy to use
I've had this vacuum for a couple of months. It's very effective at picking up dirt and dust. There is nowhere to store the attachments which is annoying. The main frustration is the cable, it's almost impossible to use, it's hard inflexible plastic and takes ages to wind and unwind. Overall it's a good vacuum but could be a lot better
