Great cleaner with one flaw
I have a good cordless cleaner but thought that a corded cleaner would be handy to go over the bungalow once every week or two in addition to the work the cordless version was undertaking. And I was right as it really impresses with the way it picks up a lot of dust / fluff etc. And strangely, that's why it drops a point - the dust container is very small and it has to be emptied twice for every clean - not a major problem, but a little inconvenience.

Good but could be better
This is a great concept and a good light weight stick vacuum cleaner but in some ways it is not as good as the previous older version which we had for over 6 years - the newer version has a very small dust container which constantly needs emptying and the flex cord is too rigid. But happy that the new one is now guaranteed for 5 years.

Great suction, lightweight and smells lovely
I bought this hoover 2 months ago,love it, I have girls with long hair, my old shark was constantly needed cleaning, the brush is still spotless after having a couple of months , the suction is fabulous on different floors, love the attachments for the stairs and hard to reach areas, very light,easily emptied, the air freshener smells lovely and fresh,and makes grear hoover lines in my carpet

Impressed!
I bought this vacuum last week after my 10yr old Henry hoover died. To begin with the packaging was impressive: really compact and completely recyclable - no plastic whatsoever! A good start. The instructions are clear and the vacuum itself has an amazing suction - it’s like it is alive! It folds down into a compact size for storage. Even has an air freshener. I am delighted so far! 🤩

Not recommended.
Unfortunately this is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever used. It is heavy and unwieldly. It runs away with itself when going forward, but then is difficult to manoeuvre around things. The cord is too thick and hard, it just gets in the way all the time. I wish I had never bought it, the cylinder one I had before was much better.

The lead has shortened
This has replaced the old version as i damaged it, great new improvement in performance and intelligence however the lead lenght has reduced from 10 meters to 7 meters!! This information was not displayed anywhere and is an issue. Can no longer vacuum each floor from one socket.
