Our washing machines with AI energy mode can reduce your energy consumption by up to 70%. Available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required. Based on internal testing on the WW7000D models on a Cotton 40 degrees wash with the AI Energy Mode turned on compared to not using AI Energy Mode.
AI Home acts as an intuitive control center, offering clear information and a touchscreen control. It also personalises your washing by remembering your habits, suggesting cycles and displaying timely information. After the washing is done, it provides a laundry report. Messages with cycle suggestions are displayed on the SmartThings App.
Control your washing machine with your voice. Using Samsung Bixby, you can simply say what you want to do and it does it. So you can select cycle options, control settings and monitor its progress. And, if you cannot read the screen, it can provide spoken feedback.

Touch screen
Bought this couple weeks ago only done few washes capacity is 1kg less than the previous machine was came out brilliant haven’t had much time to go through all the touch screen options yet as it’s a little more complex the noise level is little more than the WW10 model but I’m very happy with this and would recommend to buy it

Seemingly excellent washing machine
Seems to be very good. Not sure I've quite levelled it properly yet as when it's starts to ramp up on a spin cycle it judders a little at a specific RPM, but otherwise all good. Decent selection of programs to choose from. Not tested the AI program enough but seems to detect washing type correctly so should adjust energy use accordingly. YouTube, Spotify, etc. is mostly unnecessary but the kids think it's excellent.

Good Features, poor build quality
Washing machine has potential and the cycles are generally good. However, after 2 months of owning, started to hear squeaking noise when washing. Engineers came out and removed the padding which was installed, this did stop the squeaking. However with removing this padding the drum now bangs against the side of the machine with no cushion to prevent this from happening. Be wary when purchasing as we have not been offered a solution, we were offered squeak or bang. Neither of which we are pleased with considering the price we paid. Can provide evidence of both noises if beneficial.

Samsung all singing and definitely lots of dancing
Oh where do I start, was expecting a lot from this machine with it being top of the range Samsung £1000 model how wrong was I! First the good bit Argos delivered when they said they would and the delivery was excellent, they also had an offer on too which made them cheaper than other competitors. Now the bad the machine itself, it’s couldn’t balance the load, so the machine instead of stopping and trying to distribute the load and try again went into full spin which made the most horrific noise, it shook violently as you can imagine and the door at one point looked like it was going to come off, with all the tech it wasn’t easy to turn off! When we did and managed to unplug the machine we discovered the machine had also leaked all over the floor! Upon closer inspection the pipe was split. Top marks Samsung, this was promptly returned to Argos who dealt with this issue brilliantly. A full refund issued and back to another brand never again will I trust Samsung ( twice now I’ve been bitten and I shall not go back)

Best Ever!

Everything you need to know from washing cycles to detergent and softener levels is right there on the screen. I am saving so much electricity and water since my previous washer

Excellent with added features i didnt know I need
Who needs AI, in a washing machine, funnily enough its become a helpful tool in optimizing our daily laundry. I didnt think it was of any use what so ever but the smart capability is pretty impressive. I can optimize my use along with my solar generation such that the cost of the washing is free! Not in winter in scotland that's no help what so ever, but in summer when we generate it means everything i would have exported to the grid can be used to first top up my battery and second do my laundry. Bonus. Less bills. Who needs Spotify on your washing machine.... yet to find out why its there but my 3yr old loves it so Who cares. Is it helpful to have a Google search engine on the machine... no ... but who cares its an app that doesn't have to be used. Now let's get to what matters.... programability of settings is great. Really helps optimize care over garments and length of cycle. Performance of the machine is great. As is the drier that matches it. Load size is ideal.. could go large but think this is enough. Opted for separate dryer over my combined unit and im glad... less time wwaiting to do a wash and then a dry. Only downfall is having to change machines to do this but I feel the the time the machines are running is far less. This is a quiet machine, very. Which is great for late night washing. The added bonus of pouring the washing liquid into the machine and allowing the machine to choose how much to use is wonderful. No mor sticky half dissolved packaging pods, and simplicity of not over using liquid. I dont think ide go back to a wase drie if I could help it as the machines seem to work better as individuals. Ofcourse twice the floor space or height if you stack them.well made from Samsung as always. Counter parts are equal im sure but having gone from a direct drive unit from another high end manufacturer that ended up with it shaking the bones from the house and not being able to be fixed to this new machine is great. Design seems spot on.

My Super 2026 Laundry Upgrade!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new machine has yet to fully prove itself, but if it is as good as the previous Samsung, shown in the last picture, I shall be well pleased; that machine is still in good working order and I feel somewhat sad to see it waiting in the corner to be taken away. My reason for replacement were twofold: 1) preventative failure/maintenance replacement and, 2) my desire for extra features, and the new Bespoke AI Home 9KG has more than fulfilled that requirement. I wanted Add Wash, (now called Garment Add), Auto Dispense, Drum Clean, and a more energy efficient machine, for starters, and this model has all of that and much more. Although ordered on the 12/01/26 it was only recently delivered on 26/01/26. I unwrapped, installed, and commissioned the machine the following day. So, I have now done only two washes over the two days following commissioning and it ran super smooth and quiet, and the navigation and information display is fantastic. I have yet to fully acclimatise myself to the touch screen navigation and I find that it is, so far, a constant learning curve. There are several downloads to be made to update and complete the package and I now have AI energy set up to run. This machine also has a learning process which improves results with every wash I think, as it gets to know my wash habits. There is no user manual supplied with this machine in paper book form, which would be my preferred media (I'm 72 years old, it's what I am used to) but there is a downloadable version on the Samsung UK website. There are some small icons on the touch screen which I have no idea of their reference, they are not shown in the user download. However, I am very, very pleased with my new machine which looks beautiful, and furthermore, I bought it direct from Samsung at a very good price indeed. Well done Samsung. I hope you look after my old machine, it was a faithful servant for almost 10 years; my late wife loved it, and she would have adored it's replacement. Bixby is good, and being male I chose the female voice, and the good news is now my Samsung Fridge Freezer (Bought 2024), also connected to the hub, has new a new Samsung buddy to chat with over the network.
