The best I've used
These are my favourite dog poo bags because they're plastic-free, they're strong enough not to feel like they might tear and they are large enough to connect what's they need to. Also I prefer that they have a straight top (rather than a tie top) because they can then be tied in a knot and sealed which reduced any odour coming out of them

What type of ‘compostable’?
These bags are sold as compostable. There are 2 types of compostable. One type will break down in home composting the other needs to be composted in the additional heat of a council garden composting facility. I could find no information on which type this is. Having compostable poo bags is a bit of a mith for most users. Many people will put used poo bags in a waste bin which will be taken to general waste disposal and either go to incinerator or land fill. If you take it home and it is compostable and you have a garden waste bin all well and good.

Awful
Beyond doubt the worst poo bags ever. Each roll has a little sticker on it which is all but impossible to remove. When you do, you've probably dug into a bag therefore rendering it unusable. Once that's over, the bags themselves are hard to open and small - even for the chihuahua poo. Do. Not. Buy.

I first bought these late last summer and have found them to be high quality. They’re thicker and stronger than most bags of this type. They’re only improvement would be if they had tie handles.

Great product
Bought these recently as needed new bags to fit in my dogs pink bow pooh bag carrier. They fit perfectly. I was happy they are compostable and seem strong bags. At the end of the day they are pooh bags so nothing more to say.

Compostible dog poo bags
These bags are just the right size for my small dog and purchased because they are made of material that is biodegradable and strong enough not to put your fingers through!!

Affordable compostable poo bags
We regularly use these bags to reduce our plastic use. They're the cheapest compostable (not just "bio degradable") dog poo bags out there. They could of course be cheaper because they're about 150% more than normal plastic bags but until there's a bigger push for these bags it is what it is. They're a bit finnicky to open because they don't have handles. We've not had any messy pick ups yet!

One of few places to stock compostable poo bags
Having run out of poo bags, I tried 2 other major supermarkets, which happened to be closer to me, before I made the trip to Sainsbury's. Nowhere else stocks the compostable, just "degradable" not BIOdegradable poo bags. I'm worried degradable ones break down into microplastics. Thank you for doing the right thing!!!
