Be careful
Thought I'd try a new exercise, it is a weighty hoop that helps burn the calories BUT, please be aware, the can be dangerous, as I am new to it, I struggled to keep the hoop up, so many times it fell, and fell hard on my leg, leaving it bruised and sore. I wouldn't recommend for beginners.

Weighted Hula Hoop
This is a well-made hula hoop which fits together securely. It's slightly heavier and wider than my previous hoop and you really feel the difference. It's very hard on the waist so I would recommend some kind of padding.

Worth a try
I haven’t been using mine for very long to comment on the benefits, but it certainly gets the heart rate up! It’s recommended that you start with 1 min and do a couple of reps. I found it a little painful on my waist so decided to wear a belt and other padding underneath it. Assembly was ok but it was a bit stiff so I wouldn’t recommend regularly taking apart.

I’m sorry - I wasn’t aware you could ‘add’ weights to ygd hula hoop! I have bought three of them - first one works great compared to other non weighted types I’ve tried. I bought in London and I live in NZ
I bought two more in Glasgow - took one to Perth in Australia as a gift and the recipient loves it. Brought the other to Auckland NZ as a gift and again recipient loves it also.
Can’t say more than I am happy with all three that I bought as are the other two recipients

This is tubular so it has the same smooth curve all the way round. It doesn't have any waves or curves that don't follow the tubular shape.
