Great printer for home use or office. Fed up with colour ink cartridges blocking up, this printer uses toner so should be much more reliable as I don’t do a great amount of printing at home. Only black and white but if you want occasional colour printing it can be done elsewhere. Easy to set up using the HP app.

Decided to get a laser printer and this one the one I chose. Very easy set up, fast and lot better than my old printer, compact unit. Highly recommend

Don’t bother, impossible to set up
I am quite decent with IT skills but this was a nightmare to set up, I spent hours and gave up in the end. My advice is to get the brother HL 2400 dwe which is what I did. Setup took minutes and user friendly

A simple laser printer that does exactly what I require. Small, neat but powerful and effective. Provides excellent print quality quickly and efficiently. Easy to set up either with or without the HP app. Many additional functions through the app which are easy to use and helps utilise the many functions the printer has.

Good mono laser printer
Print quality is good, and it does double sided to save paper. Printout is quick enough for low volume use. As it is just a printer, I have kept my old inkjet for its scanner. Setup first time was reasonably easy, but I did have a bit of hassle when moving from one WiFi network to another. Printer has no display which makes it harder to sort problems, but this is to be expected at this price. Argos don't appear to stock the printer cartridge for his printer

Never using ink jet printers again....
Really pleased with this purchase - I've done the sums and if I get have as many pages printed as indicated it's cheaper than ink jet. It is also faster, less problematic for double-sided printing and far less hassle in general.

Laser now value for money
Early days but with the price of ink it is now better value than inkjet. This is a mono laser therefore black only but for essential document printing it does not have to be colour in my household. However, my wife will miss her coloured cruise baggage labels we used to print off when going on a cruise!. Of course if Argos send me a voucher I could buy a small cheaper colour inkjet just for those little luxuries!
