Just bought this lawnmower for easy maneuverability and found it to be great cutting grass well and leaving stripes, very easy to adjust height for precision cutting and also grass collection good

Do not rate grass collection attachment
Good buy except for grass collection - the attachment for this does not really work very well especially if I were mowing a lawn. It's fine for what I want but would NOT be happy with it for a proper lawn. Other than that the mower does the job, particularly over rather rough ground that has never been mown before (I think).

Little bargain.
Used once so far on a lumpy sloped garden and it works incredibly well. I gave up on the grass collector but perhaps it's useful on a flat garden. Cut was fantastic given my weird lawn and will probably sell my powered mower because there is more faff getting that set up and cleaning it after than it saved time in cutting speed.

Excellent hand push mower. The grass box is of no use and should not even be included but still give 5 stars for the actual mower! Easy and light to push, cuts really well, can be altered for short or longer grass. Handle is a bit hard to fix but still worth 5 stars!

The instruction manual (pg 7) states: ''Keep cylinder blades sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting blades with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.''

Try adjusting blade, two lock nuts either side and turn anti clockwise and blade will run free, go on YouTube to se how to adjust blade, doesnt matter its not your lawnmower same principle, just put in cylinder blade adjustment for lawnmower

The McGregor 30cm Wide Cylinder Lawnmower has an adjustable cutting height range of 1.8 cm to 3.8 cm (i.e., 18 mm to 38 mm) Unfortunately, this means that even at its lowest factory setting, it won't reach the 4–5 mm height typically required for a putting green.
