Sturdy and reliable
I've had other steamers before, they felt quite flimsy. This steamer is sturdy and works brilliantly. I also like the feature to add detergent.

Efficient machine
Feels sturdier than other steamers I have bought in the past. It is working very well.Two improvements would make it even better would be variable levels of steam and providing more cloth pads. I have five separate areas of hard floor in my house so if I steam them one after the other I need more than two pads. I object to paying extra for more pads.

One of the best I've tried
I've been through a few steam cleaners that I've had to return for various reasons. This has been the best. Easy to assemble and use. No need to activate steam as long as it's turned on. Separate compartment for detergent if wanted. Stands upright without falling over. Feels substantial and not flimsy like some others. Two pads included and a carpet attachment.
