About this product
This 40m rotary airer gives you plenty of room to dry larger loads, including bulky sheets and towels you'd struggle to fit on a smaller line. The three arms spread out nicely, so there's space between items and everything dries quicker. It's brilliant for busy households or families who get through a lot of washing, and the wide turning circle means you can hang bigger pieces without them bunching up.
The umbrella lifting mechanism makes it simple to put up and take down when you need it. It's got a steel central pole that stays sturdy, and the ground socket is included so you can install it securely in your garden. The whole thing weighs just 3.2kg, so it's easy to handle. There's a two-year frame guarantee for peace of mind, and it'll quietly keep your laundry routine running smoothly all year round.

Customers Say
Sturdy rotary airer with ample drying space, good value, and easy assembly. Some find it hard to raise and note flimsy plastic ground spikes. Ideal for small gardens but lacks locking arms and durable cover.

Good practical airier
I bought this rotary airier to replace an old one, that has served me very well over the years The airier is straightforward to set up. The tensioner is a good feature for the line if needed. I have this mounted into a cast iron parasol base, which and weighted down on my patio. Personally If was to install in the ground I would purchase a long steel spike, made for rotary airier's To go into the ground, or a concrete base. instead of the plastic piece that comes supplied as its too short I think ,to support the airier and the weight of laundry as well Overall a good buy, and plenty of room for all my laundry

So far so good
I bought this rotary dryer to replace a worn out, old one. So far so good. It fitted into the existing hole in the garden. This was the main reason we bought this one. There's plenty of drying room. For the cost, you can't really go wrong, we paid just over £16 in the sale. It doesn't click together when closed, as my previous one did. But it does have a strip of velcro to keep it together. This is ok until I lose it. This bit could be better

Hi Dave,
The Argos Home 40m 3 Arm Rotary Airer does come with a ground socket included when you purchase the full airer. However, if you're looking to buy a replacement ground socket separately, Argos does not sell individually ground sockets on their website.
Many rotary airers use standard-sized poles (the Argos model has a 32mm diameter pole), so a universal ground socket that fits 32mm poles should work.
Thank you for using Q&A
Hi there,
The Argos Home 40m 3 Arm Rotary Airer comes with a ground socket, that is designed to concrete into the ground.

Hello,
I can confirm that the Argos Home 40m 3 Arm Rotary Airer ground socket would need to be secured into the ground, concrete is usually the best option. Alternatively, a ground spike would be suitable with the socket inside.
