Good investment
Bought thus about 3 weeks ago to reduce condensation in my conservatory. Does a good job, it's quiet. Only negative, it really throws out cold air initially, I'll persevere. Generally pleased and a great price in the sale

Does what it says on the tin!! Great product.
On friends recommendation I finally invested in this dehumidifier. I have run it most days for 8-10 hours and got anything from 1 litre to 1.7 litres out of it. It is amazing! It is easy to use, quiet to run and having wheels on it does help mobility as it is heavy to move. I am currently only using it in my bedroom as I know I have a damp problem in there but will us it in other rooms once I have got the moisture down to a good level. I calculated that it costs (on my energy tariff) about 6.5p per hour so no great impact on the electricity bill. It’s definitely worth the money as we have an old bungalow so it needs something good to remove the excess moisture from the air. It cost a bit more than smaller dehumidifiers but I wanted something robust and easy to use. Highly recommended!

Great bit of kit
Bought this to use mostly in my garage as condensation is a big problem ! A small run overnight leaves the walls etc bone dry. Very pleased with This product
Dehumidifier
Powerfull dehumidifier
Great dehumidifier, I use it in the loft and the tank nèeds emptying every day, there is a option pipe so it can go directly into a drain/large bucket, it is quite loud but that is better than the small ones that don't do much, it is a good purchase.

Easy empty water tank.
This had been so good with clearing the damp & condensation in the bedroom, just a little bit loud if you want to keep it on during the night.Good Buy though👍🏻

Really impressed
We've already got a smaller dehumidifier. This one holds more water and has a fancy automatic flap so you can angle it where you want it. So happy with this purchase we bought one for upstairs!

Hey Jim,
I can advise that this dehumidifier does have a timer.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello John,
Princess 16L Dehumidifier.
To set the Princess 16L Dehumidifier for the best humidity control in a 2 bed flat, you should aim for a humidity level within the recommended range of 40-60%. This range is considered ideal for maintaining a comfortable indoor environment.
The dehumidifier's built-in humidistat feature allows you to set your desired humidity level, ensuring precise control over your indoor environment. It's important to regularly check the humidity levels and adjust the settings as needed to maintain the desired comfort level.
For a 2 bed flat, the dehumidifier should be set to a level that effectively reduces excess moisture while allowing for comfortable living conditions. The Princess 16L Dehumidifier's capacity of 16 liters per day is suitable for this purpose, as it efficiently removes moisture from the air.
Remember to monitor the humidity levels regularly and adjust the settings as necessary to ensure a comfortable living environment.
Thank you.
Hello there,
The Princess 16L Dehumidifier is suitable for room sizes up to 20m²
Thanks for using Q&A
Hi there,
I can confirm that this dehumidifier is 260 watts. So this would cost 0.26 x your hourly electric rate. So if your electric rate is 30p per kWh then this would cost 0.26 x 0.30 which is 7.8p per hour.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hi Carol,
Princess 16L Dehumidifier
If you are choosing to use the drainage pipe this would need to be connected to the water
outlet inside the drainage tank and the other end would need to connect to a suitable drainage point in your home.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi there
When the drainage tank is full, the Water Full indicator will illuminate, the operation will stop automatically and the buzzer will beep 15 times to alert the user, that the water needs to be emptied from the drainage tank .
• Lightly press on the sides of the tank with both hands and gently pull out the tank.
• Remove the drainage tank and empty the water.
If the drainage tank is dirty, wash it with cold or lukewarm water.
Hope this helps

Hello Kelbo,
The supplier has advised the following for the Princess 16L Dehumidifier:
“ Yes, this dehumidifier can indeed help with damp and mold issues in the home, such as those you described in the corners of your sitting room. By reducing the level of humidity, it aids in creating an environment less hospitable for mold growth and helps alleviate dampness. ”
Thanks for using Q&A.

Speaking from my own opinion yes, it does.
It's not over bearing but I wouldnt try sleeping in the same room, fan speed 1 isn't too bad though, however, it's a fantastic machine, easy to use and mine has collected around 4ltr of water in just 24 hours, and I've turned it off now and then also.
The noise it the same as a fridge and a fan on at the same time I would say, hope this helps 🙂
