After realising that you have to effectively ‘build’ this yourself by attaching all the clips and the handle etc, we struggled to get the clips to close, & there are 7 of them. Eventually my husband managed, but this will not make it easy to use in the future. I’d be worried if I were at the vets without him and couldn’t get them to close. The handle doesn’t seem sturdy enough either. My husband suggested using cable ties etc. to make it more secure, but for a brand new item, we shouldn’t need to do that. Sadly this is being returned.

Purchased as replacement but was unsure of sizing from product description. Colllected item - needed assembly which is no problem but happily surprised with how big box is. Plastic not greatest quality but serviceable and suitable for use.

I can advise the following for the Rosewood Plastic Ice Blue Pet Carrier - Medium:
If you leave the top and bottom left or right hinges closed but open the other two then you can swing the door open.

No you have to undo all 4 plastic locks and remove door. Wish Id known this before buying
