Purchased for xmas for gift. Got it out set it up (instructions minimal), recipient lay on mat and used controls. it worked seemingly successfully for less than five minutes. Despite every effort to get it to work again it could not be made to function. Total waste of time to research and purchase and then have to travel to branch to return Extremely disappointing

Our supplier has advised that the Menkind Full Body Massage Mat does not specifically turn itself off. It has a remote control that comes with it with various modes and intensities.
The safety instructions in the user manual advise not to use the product for more than 30 mins at a time.
