Great Product that really works
I have been using this product for one week and can already see an improvement. I use the anti aging mode in the morning and the eye cool only mode in the evening. My son also uses it for blemishes and I charge it up every night. Great product that works

Only had this mask for 3 weeks, however I’ve used it every morning and I can definitely see and feel a difference in my skin. I’m 58 and have a couple of age spots and they’re definitely fading and lines round my mouth look better. I find it a good way to relax for 6 minutes before the day starts.

After receiving this for christmas, I couldn't wait to start using it. Without going into lots of details, after the 4th night of using it, it was apparent that it was causing migraines and dizziness. I suffer from migraines anyway but it seems the led's (even tried it with my eyes closed) were the cause and very, very regretfully had to contact shark and I have to say they were absolutely wonderful and I was able to return for a full refund.

My eyes are definitely bless tired and puffy and my skin feels smoother. Unexpected bonus - I'm sleeping through the night after using the mask. I think the light is doing the opposite of the light that comes out of screens. I'm 11 days in.

The under-eye cooling is used with the help of the InstaChill cold technology in order to quickly tighten, refresh and de-puff the under-eye area through under-eye chill pads.
The Blemish Repair mode helps reduce the appearance of textured, uneven skin and blemishes for smooth, glowing skin. All CryoGlow masks include these 2 functions.
No, the CryoGlow is designed for anti ageing and blemish repair; it is not indicated to treat sun related freckles or other hyperpigmentation, and there is no pigmentation specific light setting. The modes are Better Ageing using red and infrared for lines and firmness, Blemish Repair using blue plus red and infrared for breakouts, and Skin Sustain for maintenance. If you are concerned about pigmentation, speak with a clinician before use; do not use the mask if you have melasma.
It targets active blemishes and overall texture, not established spot scars. Blemish Repair mode is proven to reduce blemishes and smooth skin with daily use, but it is not indicated as a scar treatment. Results vary and scars typically need clinical procedures.
