Blemished disappointment
Purchased over 2 months ago to reduce the age spots on my Asian skin. I used the Blemish settings for 8 weeks and it has not made any difference to the spots. I am really disappointed as this is the only reason why I bought it. It does help with plumping up the skin slightly and does zap the odd zit or two.

Great led mask!
I bought this recently and I am very impressed! However, it is important to state that the led mask works combined with skincare and good nutrition. The eye cooling pads are working super well! I can see the puffiness is decreasing straight after. Super comfy, you can walk around the house with it! Highly recommend this!

Uncomfortable and arrived used.
When opening the box I noticed the seal was loose. Thought I’d try out comfort first before trying to use. It is heavy, bulky and quite uncomfortable. I left it on (not using a mode) for 5 mins to check on comfort and it left masks on forehead and under eyes. I tried to adjust straps this then made it far too loose. I took off the mask and turned on controller to see what the screen is like and under ‘skin sustain’ it said it had been used twice! That with the very loose seal on box I definitely received a used product. Awful when you’re spending so much. I have returned and due to this will not be buying again. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of LED treatments.

BEST INVENTION EVER
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my birthday a month ago and I LOVE it! I use it on blemish repair mode and has made my acne pretty much clear (I have used prescriptions and so many skin care products that have just not worked). The first few days it made me break out so I started using it once every 2-3 days for a week and a bit. Since then I use it about 5-6 times a week and wash my face before and after and it has genuinely cleared my acne. The only other skincare products I’ve used is just to do my makeup is the Garnie SPF, Bobbi brown moisturiser and the Charlotte tilbury magic cream (would also highly recommend these products). The only thing I would say was when my skin was breaking out I was using the Cerive moisturiser and it just made my skin worse and since I’ve cut it out and gone to my new routine my skin has honestly never looked clearer!! Would 100% recommend this product to anyone it fixed one of my biggest insecurities and has made me feel so much more confident in my own skin!

The Blemish Repair mode helps reduce the appearance of textured, uneven skin and blemishes for smooth, glowing skin. All CryoGlow masks include these 2 functions.
No, the CryoGlow is designed for anti ageing and blemish repair; it is not indicated to treat sun related freckles or other hyperpigmentation, and there is no pigmentation specific light setting. The modes are Better Ageing using red and infrared for lines and firmness, Blemish Repair using blue plus red and infrared for breakouts, and Skin Sustain for maintenance. If you are concerned about pigmentation, speak with a clinician before use; do not use the mask if you have melasma.
It targets active blemishes and overall texture, not established spot scars. Blemish Repair mode is proven to reduce blemishes and smooth skin with daily use, but it is not indicated as a scar treatment. Results vary and scars typically need clinical procedures.

Yes, the only variation between these two units is the colour. Both feature the Under-Eye Cooling, which helps calm, reduce puffiness, and refresh the under-eye area using Insta-Chill Cold Technology.
The Instachill cold technology combined with the Chill Pads is designed to help soothe and depuff the under-eye area using the Peltier effect. While it's wonderfully refreshing and effective for reducing puffiness and promoting relaxation under the eyes, it's not intended for use directly on the eyelids.
The use of the Shark CryoGlow Mask is not recommended if you have active eczema or dermatitis. The mask's cryotherapy and LED light may irritate sensitive skin or interact with topical treatments. Please consult your doctor or dermatologist before use.
We do not recommend using the Shark CryoGlow Mask if you have eczema on the face, hairline, ears, or neck.
