Good but not if you’re tall!
As always Shark is good. Ours seem to last about 5 years and then the battery and suction seem to wear out. It’s suppose to be anti wrap for all types of hair but still have to check each time and cut the hair from around the roller. Also, I’m 5ft 8 and this is a shorter height than previous shark vacuums. I would say it’s manageable but not comfortable for lots of vacuuming. If you’re shorter than me then you’ll be fine, any taller and you’ll be having a problem with your back. The puck to make it smell nice is good but shame you don’t get a second in the pack. Only 4 stars due to still cutting hair out of it and height.

It’s fine
I think the vacuum is fine. I’m not blown away and the battery runs out really fast. Although it’s the anti hair, you still have to buy the attachment for it to pick up pet hair. It’s also really heavy

Great Vacuum!
This is one of the best purchases I have ever made! It was easy to assemble, even easier to use and it fits nicer in my small storage cupboard. I really love the scent pod, it gives the room a nice fresh clean smell.

At the moment , i think its great , battery loses power to 80 _70% quick at first but then holds power bit longer , i can get uptairs done easy in 3 bed house , love how it keeps changing power and speed when detects carpets to hardfloors and also when detects more dust or dirt in an area to somewhere else . Great hoover , love shark products

This unit features two rollers: a brush roll and a soft roller. It is important to note that only the soft roller can be removed for cleaning. If any hair becomes entangled in the brush roll, you should continue cleaning using the carpet setting on hard floors, low-pile carpets, or small area rugs. If some fibers remain wrapped around the brush roll after continued use, please remove them carefully. To detach the soft roller from the nozzle, simply pull it out by the tab.
