Brilliant Cordless Hoover!
I was very excited unpacking my new purchase. (You know you're a real adult when new hoovers excite you). I had forgotten that it was a lovely rose gold colour. It was very easy to put together and figure out. I spent time pressing the buttons to see what came apart where and I have to say, its all very easy! It came charged to 60% but I (impatiently/reluctantly) fully charged it for good measure as apparently it is good to fully charge a new battery. After some time (quite a while) I was able to test drive it. It did not disappoint! I 'super suctioned' around on both hard floor and a large rug before learning there was a 'sense clean' button which switches it to whatever setting is suitable for where you are (super suction or eco). I suggest eco mode on smaller rugs. I Love the light.. Its a cool feature! It folds nicely to get under sofas. Has all relevant attachments. It did lose battery pretty quickly; 30% in approx 10 minutes, but that was when I was hoovering using 'super suction' before learning about the 'clean sense' mode. Anyway, regardless of the battery decline (It's got a super strong suction for a cordless, what do we expect) who hoovers for over 30 minutes in one go. Not me. Overall, so far, a solid 9/10. Nothing in life is perfect but I'd say the shark is pretty ace for a cordless! Had cordless Dysons before. Not as good as the shark, glad I listened to my shark loving friend ! 5 stars from me - especially for the rather large discounted price which is an added bonus!

Broken flex wand
I purchased the shark IZ411 for my daughter just over a year ago and a piece of plastic has snapped off and now it won’t bend this should not of happened when the vacuum isn’t very old

If any hair becomes entangled in the brush roll, you should continue cleaning using the carpet setting on hard floors, low-pile carpets, or small area rugs. If some fibers remain wrapped around the brush roll after continued use, please remove them carefully. To detach the soft roller from the nozzle, simply pull it out by the tab.
