Powerful vacuum
Very good vacuum cleaner, it has great suction and cleans really well. It’s easy and comfortable to use. The only downside is that the battery doesn’t last as long as I would like — around 30–40 minutes. Overall, I still recommend it for its strong performance.

Stratos Anti hair cordless Vacuum
Was expecting a brilliant vacuum but it does not have the qualities I was looking for it is heavier at the top & it does not clean or grab bits from skirting boards like my previous hoover needing to use handheld & attachments,also when it changes levels for example rugs it as a good suction but makes it hard to manoeuvre & really pulls on rug…in my opinion would not recommend especially for the price I am disappointed

Just about ok
First impression. Very poor quick start guide. Battery life. If you use it on eco mode as recommended, it will last along time but it doesn't hoover that well. The auto mode is much better and stronger but massively eats up battery power. So one tends to flick between the two modes. The hoover makes a noise akin to a car that had failed it's service. It just doesn't give you a "feel good" feeling. The hoover is very heavy which I like. It has a five year guarantee which was a key factor in purchasing it. It doesn't hold much, which for my small flat is fine. I got it in a sale with a good discount and definitely would not have paid full price for it. All in all I think it's ok and easy to use, but really doesn't need some of its techy features. Would I recommend? Undecided...

Let down by the battery
This is my third shark cordless. I’m impressed with the suction power …definitely picks up more than my old hair wrap duo clean. I like the automatic sensing power boost when it senses it needs more power to pick something up. I like the electronic display showing percentage battery charge left. I like the cyclone effect in the dust collector that collects debris effectively. However, I am not impressed with the battery run time at all!. It is advertised as an hour. The reality for me is maximum 30 mins. I’ve tested it now daily for a week. My floors are hard downstairs and carpet upstairs. At first I thought it was because maybe it was working harder to pick up more dust that the old shark had not managed …but not the case. It loses 30% charge after 10 mins on my hard floors on normal power. Then gradually runs down completely in 30 mins. This is disappointing because I largely selected this model for the advertised 1 hour run time. My house is fairly large so I’m struggling to do upstairs and downstairs in one charge and now feel i need to purchase a back up battery. So I feel the marketing is misleading.

This unit features two rollers: a brush roll and a soft roller. It is important to note that only the soft roller can be removed for cleaning. If any hair becomes entangled in the brush roll, you should continue cleaning using the carpet setting on hard floors, low-pile carpets, or small area rugs. If some fibers remain wrapped around the brush roll after continued use, please remove them carefully. To detach the soft roller from the nozzle, simply pull it out by the tab.
