Disappointed
It would be a decent hoover if it didn't constantly block. I use a shark hoover that isn't cordless and hardly have this issue but I now have the cordless for myself and it's such a pain.

Shark Stratos versus Gtech
We bought the Shark Stratos last month to replace our third Gtech & I have to admit I will never go back to a Gtech again. The Shark is amazing, it really does get deep into the carpet pile which was proven after using the Shark hoover the day after I had used my Gtech, what a difference. The Stratos glides effortlessly over carpets & hard floors & the sensor adapts itself for more dust by increasing the vacuum speed. The Stratos is very light & folds up very compactly making storage very easy.

Best vacuum ever
This is the best vacuum I have had ( forget Dyson) the amount of dust, dirt it collects is mind blowing ! When I bought it I hoovered all the rooms as I had done two days previous and realised how poor my original cleaner was ( it was only 3 years old) I could not believe how much it picked up. It is quite quiet in operation which is a bonus, I think it looks lovely, stores easily and cleaning / emptying is is a breeze... Would I recommend. YES DEFINITELY

Quiet and powerful
Have had the Stratos for a few weeks. At first we thought it a bit heavy being used to a Dyson but after a day or two got used to it. It is quiet and powerful and so far appears more efficient than the Dyson. We have a dog and the Stratos makes cleaning up a lot easier.

This unit features two rollers: a brush roll and a soft roller. It is important to note that only the soft roller can be removed for cleaning. If any hair becomes entangled in the brush roll, you should continue cleaning using the carpet setting on hard floors, low-pile carpets, or small area rugs. If some fibers remain wrapped around the brush roll after continued use, please remove them carefully. To detach the soft roller from the nozzle, simply pull it out by the tab.
