Very impressed, so quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to replace a 16 year old Bosch so we were a bit behind the times with the latest machines capabilities. This machine was easy to connect and get started with. Although we were a little sceptical about the WiFi functions and app, they have been really useful and was so easy to get connected. Some of the other functions we were used to such as the start delay were a little harder to work out and instructions could be better here. Overall a great upgrade and we're very pleased.

Stylish, ecomonical and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first washing machine purchase in 13 years, and a lot has changed! It's stylish, quiet, economical to run and the spin is very effective. It even sings a little victory tune when the wash has finished. The only possible drawback is the relatively longer washing times, although there's a short cycle of 30 mins and a mixed linen cycle of about 1hr 30mins, which is fine for us.

I had my last LG washer for 13 years with no problems in all that time until it finally stopped working last week, but that hasn't altered my opinion of LG products, thats why l bought another. So quiet!

LG never disappoints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washing machine, its very quiet even on the 1400 rpm spin. I love that you can adjust the pre-programmed cycles for temperature and spin speed if you want to, and you can create your own and download it. Had my last LG washing machine for 15 years, hope this one lasts just as long!

Beware of misleading description

If you are considering this model because it looks like you can take the top off to reduce the height, watch out. There isn't a second metal lid like it appears on the website animation video, and LG will (eventually) tell you one isn't available, even though there is an official LG YouTube video of one being installed. I gave up and returned it because the support just wasn't there. I cannot comment on any other aspects because I didn't even get as far as plugging the thing in..
