Hi GiGi, the rock Solar lights will have an access possibly underneath the light. This should be able to be removed and a replacement rechargeable solar light battery can be tried. Please note: as these are outdoor lights, they may also be weather damaged, meaning the buld may not work and can't be replaced.

This set of lights do have an IP44 rating which is splashproof but no weather proof.
We advise to take these items inside for adverse weather and heavy rain.

Yes, it's best to charge them with it off for the first few hours in the sun. Then when it's charged it can be left on fully.
