A fantastic washing machine

The settings are ideal, AI setting is brilliant for when not sure which to use. There is a little tune at the end of the wash. I got the app and connected which adds another level with notification that machine is finished and clothing should be removed! Clothes are washed really well. Such a super upgrade from my previous machine.

Wish I had purchased sooner

LG Washing machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace our old LG washing machine, which had served us well for 6-7 years and was still working but was showing signs of age. We bought this machine as it was slightly larger than previous machine and had the wash cycles that the wife wanted. Have not tried out the AI/wifi features yet but my wife is very impressed with how quiet and efficient this machine is. No hesitation in recommending this model.

Always purchased Hotpoint until now but this machine had everything and more and the build quality was noticeably much better than the machines Samsung and Hotpoint and the like had to offer. This felt "sturdy" and it operates near silently using less water and is so economical compared to our previous Hotpoint machine. Well done LG on making something so robust! I can see this machine lasting us over a decade with the added peace of mind of the long warranty period.

Samsung replacement.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Samsung washer (costing 30% more) bearings failed after only 18mths use, it was still under warranty but Samsung refused to repair it stating we missed used the product by overloading on regular basis.. the washer did not warn us of that. So this time trying the LG washer as research showed they are more sturdy then most brands. So far it’s going well.
