VERY PLEASED WITH THIS TASSIMO COFFEE MACHINE, I DID BUY ONE IN JANUARY, BUT AS THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE TOO SMALL TO READ, WE DIDN'T KNOW WE HAD TO DO A FEW THINGS TO GET IT DOING THE JOB PROPERLY. SO, WE HAD TO DO THE COFFEE FIRST, MILK SECOND, IT ALSO WOULD NOT POUR THE COFFEE, IT TOOK AGES TO DO ANYTHING, THEN IT JUST STOPPED. SO THOUGHT WE'D TRY AGAIN, THIS TIME THE INSTRUCTION BOOK WAS BETTER, FOLLOWED THAT, NOW IT'S WORKING PERFECTLY. THIS TIME BROUGHT IT ONLINE, AS WE HAD TO GIFT CARD TO USE UP, ALSO TOOK OUT THE EXTRA POLICY, JUST IN CASE. BUY THIS MAKE, IT'S SUCH A GOOD PRICE, GOT IT IN CREAM THIS TIME, IT IS BIGGER THAN OUR FIRST ONE, AND THE WATER JUG IS AT THE BACK. BUT SOON GOT USE TO THAT. WELL WORTH GETTING.

Bought to replace 10 yr old version which gave up the ghost. Neat new features ie the ability to make a more intense coffee. New colour blends in with our kitchen well

Disappointing “improvements”
I bought this a month ago, this is my 4th machine in roughly 15 years. Its awful. The tank capacity barely does 2 coffees. The new tank design is so fiddly to get back in, the water spills all over the place. I find it easier to tip it out slightly and fill it whilst still attached to the machine. It seems to generate short measures of nearly every pod. I would not recommend and will be replacing it with a “my way 2” . A really disappointing buy.

An upgraded model from our last one. Really pleased, an excellent model, looks great in this colour, a nice change from the normal black that most coffee makers are.
