No Door Alert
Ordered as an upgrade to existing fridge as had additional features such as water dispenser without connecting to mains, plenty fridge and freezer space with the one non negotiable option for me of the door alert. With having neurodivergent children it is essential that the door alert feature s available as it’s guaranteed to be left open. The appliance is advertised as having this feature however had upon receiving the first appliance I thought maybe there was a fault and without hassle as always Argos quickly arranged a replacement. Had the second one delivered and still no door alert! Requested a refund from Argos which they processed without issue but overall was over the course of the month of having 2 fridges on the go! Please ensure the features are as advertised as also quite a costly product!
