If you like diggers.
The digger was built by my 14 year old grandaughter who is quite used to Lego. She enjoyed the build and it now sits on a shelf. Although it says 7 years plus she thought a 7 to 8 year old might need mature help. The usual comprehensive build guide is easy to follow as long as each step is completed in the correct order.

Fun and engaging
My 6 year old is Monster Jam mad and loves this set so much. He built it and was having so much fun. It is not complicated and stretches his capabilities enough. The instruction booklet was simple and in an easy to read format. The pull back feature is such a fun interactive action that’s been added and makes for an engaging play session between my two sons. I would definitely recommend getting this as it’s a sturdy build, fun and interactive.
