About this product
Reaching tall hedges just got easier with the McGregor 51cm Corded Pole Hedge Trimmer. It's a 500W electric tool that shapes overgrown hedges with clean precision. The telescopic pole extends from 1.9m to 2.5m for added reach. You'll tackle higher sections without dragging out ladders. Dual action blades work fast to deliver neat cuts through branches. Too heavy
I got this as I couldn't reach the far end of the hedge, wish I hadn't bought it.. firstly it doesn't cut as well as the smaller hedge trimmers and secondly it hurt my shoulder using it. It's heavy to use fully extended and awkward with the power button on the handle when extended

hedge trimmer
does good job if a little bit heavy i find it a very good price

Good kit
Impressed with this as its quite well made and put together, its heavy to use but more than that its quite awkward as the weight is at the top end and as its quite long it takes a bit of skill to use it properly. il be using it a couple of times a year so will get better at it

Game changer
I bought these and i am so happy I did, actually I am, I used to Precariously stand on a pair of step ladders and use my electric hedge trimmers and try and cut the top of my conifers I often thought this is dangerous as the ladders arent exactly steady, and no one wanted to help me, maybe because I sweat a lot, but anyway back to these babies, no more risking life and limb ... yes limbs, I can stand safely on terra firma and cut away at my leisure. Yes they are a little heavy after a while but have a little rest when you get tired, they cut well, nothing too big like big hefty branches but decent enough to cut top of hedges. thought about going cordless but its no big deal having a cord dragging behind you. Please I bought them.

Does the job for a very good price!
I've moved to a house with very high hedges so this is a fantastic product for me. Only downside is it is quite heavy and the strap doesn't help too much. Still... Highly recommended!
