About this product
The DDJ-GRV6 is a next-generation 4-channel DJ controller that's compatible with both rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro. It includes the new Groove Circuit feature (available in rekordbox) which DJs can use to easily remix drum parts and perform remixes on the fly. When used with Serato DJ Pro, the DDJ- GRV6 can manipulate and separate Stems using the Stems FX feature.
You can choose to use the DDJ-GRV6 with not only rekordbox for Mac/Windows but also rekordbox for iOS/Android. With the option of playing via a mobile device, you have freedom to DJ in your preferred style and in a variety of different settings.
While it includes many advanced features, the matte black finish and ergonomic design mean you can easily find your way around the DDJ-GRV6. Despite the variety of functions, the minimalistic display and indicators offer intuitive access to the functions you need.
Built-in sound card (audio interface) Thanks to a built-in sound card, the DJ controller connects straight to your speakers or amplifier with a single TRS/RCA cable.
The DDJ-GRV6 is compatible with Serato DJ Pro, which includes a Stems FX feature. Express yourself musically by applying effects such as Roll, Trans, Echo Out, and Delay to the separate Stems of a track – drums, bass, vocal, or melody.

Absolutely Loving This Controller
I’m honestly really happy with the AlphaTheta DDJ-GRV6. I’ve been playing on it every day since I got it, and it just feels right. Especially for the genres I love like drum & bass. The jog wheels are super smooth and feel nice under my fingers; they’ve got just enough resistance so you don’t accidentally nudge them during a mix. I also really like how the FX section is laid out, easy to reach and tweak without taking my eyes off the track. Hooking it up was painless, and it worked straight away with Rekordbox. I didn’t have to fight with any drivers or weird settings, which was a relief. The layout makes sense. Nothing feels like an awkward reach. And the build quality feels solid enough that I don’t stress about taking it to friends’ houses. It’s a great middle ground between beginner gear and a full club setup. Overall, it’s just a joy to use. For the price, I don’t think you’ll find much better. Whether you’re practicing mixes at home, recording sets, or learning new techniques. Really glad I bought it!

Remixing on the fly…awesome!
Bought 3 weeks ago, went from a XDJ rx2 to the grv6 As I saw what it could do. If you’re a creative dj then this is the controller you need, the drum swap feature and stem features are brilliant, now remixing on the fly Doesn’t need a studio just a grv6, plus large jog wheel and 3000 layout is awesome, should recommend highly. 10/10 alpha theta, a controller that really stands out from the rest with no immediate competition.

This was an upgrade from the FLX6 GT, which was really good. I sold that to upgrade to this. im having a lot of fun with this upgrade. The best is that the filters are better than the flx6 .

Yes, the AlphaTheta DDJ-GRV6 DJ Controller is compatible with VirtualDJ. You can use it with a Pro Infinity or Pro Subscription license, which unlocks full functionality. Without one of these licenses, the controller will operate for only 10 minutes per session before requiring a restart.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the AlphaTheta DDJ-GRV6 DJ Controller.
The DDJ-GRV6 DJ controller cannot directly connect to turntables without additional equipment. It lacks dedicated phono inputs for turntables. To use turntables with the DDJ-GRV6, you'd need to use a mixer with phono inputs or a separate phono preamp and a way to route the turntable output to a line input on the controller.
An alternative would be to use a DVS setup, you can use timecode vinyl on your turntables to control software like rekordbox or Serato DJ Pro, allowing you to mix and scratch with digital files. However, this requires a separate audio interface and the appropriate software.

The DDJ-GRV6 has RCA outputs, which are compatible with the AUX input on your hi-fi stereo. This setup will allow you to use your existing stereo system instead of purchasing monitor speakers.
