Had my new machinery for two days now and use it for the Firsttime absolutely the dishwasher and the washing machine can’t hold them as of yet. The supplier has advised for the Hisense 3S Series WF3S8043BB3 WiFi 8kg Washing Machine-Black: Sorry, there is no separate Steam program. Only programs with the steam icon can use the steam function. The Allergy Care and Baby Care programs have the steam function enabled by default, and it cannot be deactivated. When the steam function is selected, the corresponding steam icon will light up to indicate Pre-Wash.

No it does not. Steam function is only associated with a few programmes which are a minimum of 2 hours long and is not available to refresh or short wash your clothes i.e you will not be able to put your clothes in the machine and select the steam function to have the machine steam your clothes.

No smart washing machine needs to be connected to Wi-Fi to allow it to operate. They are designed with Wi-Fi for additional programs as well as notifications related to the washer, you can also normally diagnose error codes as well via the app that they provide.
This information is the same for Washer Dryers also that are Wi-Fi enabled.
