Lovely cooker
This free standing cooker is sturdy and appears to be well made. It does need getting used to using two dials for each oven but they are easy once you know. So far I only have one compliment and that is the design of the oven shelves instead of being level they have a dip in them more like a very shallow basket which is great if your using the air fryer or pizza more but not for any other type of cooking ,I have trouble taking hot casseroles ect out of the oven . The small oven cooks really well although heats a little hotter than the temperature so use a oven temperature monitor but the big oven is spot on and is nice and quite. I would recommend this cooker

It exceeds my expectations
I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and it is so easy to use and has so many great features including Airfryer mode and pizza mode. It cooks really fast and is very easy to control and use. It is sleek and easy to keep clean. The dots on the front of the hob tell you which plate has been used and stays lit until it has cooled off making it a great safety feature

Some good features, but overall a letdown.
We've had this cooker for a few weeks. On the face of it, it looks like a great bit of kit. It looks smart and the feature list is impressive. Unfortunately, we noticed things were taking far longer to cook than we were used to compared to our previous cooker. We'd tried different settings, cranking the temperature, but nothing seemed to help. We ended up buying a thermometer to put in the oven and found it's significantly cooler than it should be (to the tune of 20-30°C~), and it takes forever to heat up. To make things worse, there's no indicator to say when it's at temperature either, so even if it was working, you'd just have to guess. Really quite disappointed, we have other Hisense appliances and they've all been spot on - this unit seems to be a bit of a dud. I suppose the hob is decent for a ceramic hob, so there is a plus.

Nice looking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cooker this week and although I am pleased with most of details I am very disappointed that there are no indicator lights to show when the oven is warming and up to temperature. A really bad design.
Disappointed!!, Surrey
Looks good
We bought this yesterday, not happy about not having a light indicator to tell you when the oven is at the right temperature

No thermostat light for the 2 ovens...
Bought this as it looked good, had a great energy rating and self cleaning oven walls. I have tested the oven temperatures and they are way off, 200° is more like 230°, yet 180° is colder than it should be, for the main oven, but really does depend on what settings you use, as there are lots of options. Some settings and temperatures don't seem to do much are all, the air fryer setting didn't cook the food in the specified time, had to cook things for twice the amount of time. If I hadn't broken the hob plate, by a freak accident, the cooker would have gone back...its not easy to get used to because we have to crank the temperatures up on some settings and use different setting for different things, the top oven is best for roast potatoes and the bottom oven for a roast chicken. It's just going to take a long time to get used to it. On normal cookers, British or European made, you just know the temperatures are correct.

induction hob freestanding oven
Bought this product 10 months ago and have already had to have it fixed. Luckily still under quarantee so it didnt cost me anymore. Never really worked properly until the fan was replaced. Booklet that came with the product not overly helpful with contradictory information.

Noisy
The other shelves are quite noisy when taking them in and out of the oven and the shells do not move smoothly in and out of the oven which makes extra noise and the handle for the grill is quite cheap. Overall I’m disappointed with the oven.
