Nice looking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cooker this week and although I am pleased with most of details I am very disappointed that there are no indicator lights to show when the oven is warming and up to temperature. A really bad design.
Disappointed!!, Surrey
Looks good
We bought this yesterday, not happy about not having a light indicator to tell you when the oven is at the right temperature

No thermostat light for the 2 ovens...
Bought this as it looked good, had a great energy rating and self cleaning oven walls. I have tested the oven temperatures and they are way off, 200° is more like 230°, yet 180° is colder than it should be, for the main oven, but really does depend on what settings you use, as there are lots of options. Some settings and temperatures don't seem to do much are all, the air fryer setting didn't cook the food in the specified time, had to cook things for twice the amount of time. If I hadn't broken the hob plate, by a freak accident, the cooker would have gone back...its not easy to get used to because we have to crank the temperatures up on some settings and use different setting for different things, the top oven is best for roast potatoes and the bottom oven for a roast chicken. It's just going to take a long time to get used to it. On normal cookers, British or European made, you just know the temperatures are correct.

induction hob freestanding oven
Bought this product 10 months ago and have already had to have it fixed. Luckily still under quarantee so it didnt cost me anymore. Never really worked properly until the fan was replaced. Booklet that came with the product not overly helpful with contradictory information.

Noisy
The other shelves are quite noisy when taking them in and out of the oven and the shells do not move smoothly in and out of the oven which makes extra noise and the handle for the grill is quite cheap. Overall I’m disappointed with the oven.

Hisense cooker
Really like the look of this cooker,it's easy to clean and has the advantage of 2 ovens ,I haven't used the pizza setting yet but have cooked in the lower oven which heats up quickly, so farim pleased with my purchase.

Looks good, spacious - but has its flaws!!!
Few things that may be of interest to people looking to get this cooker: There is no grill pan/tray to speak of, there is an oven tray, that spans the full width of the oven, its massive, and heavy, comes with a handle that seems to have been sized for Hagrid sized hands!! If you want a simple grill tray then best get a third party one and leave the included tray for the oven its big inside, a lot bigger then our old cooker, perfect for the xmas overload, or big family meal Looks nice and stylish There is an additional plate included that attaches onto the underside of the control panel, this, I assume, is to prevent grime/heat getting onto the controls when using the top oven/grill - just be aware this is a thin metal piece, and gets hot during use, and, its very close to the knobs, so be careful. (they don't show it in the images as it kinda spoils the overall look of the machine) There is no light/indicator that the oven(s) are up to temperature, even though it is mentioned in the user guide The timers - They only work when you use the ovens, they can not be used at all if the ovens are not on, and, they will turn off the cooker/oven when they time out, so, if you need to cook for longer, you have to essentially turn the knobs to off position, and then back to your chosen setting again to allow the oven to keep on cooking - this used to be an option on our old cooker(std timer or oven-off timer), but here there is no choice, a major inconvenience if you have multiple things that need different timings. I have literally bought a separate timer because of this, I do wonder if anyone at HiSense has actually cooked anything before!!!! The fact the timer(s) can't be used when using the hobs is just mind boggling to me, so, resort to your phone, or standalone timer if you want to boil that 5 minute egg :) A personal gripe is the user guide, its not very good at all, not only the are guides lacking, and the layout messy, but its packed full of spelling mistakes, formatting errors and more - not very confidence inspiring when spending several hundreds of pounds on a product

Duel oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven has never worked properly, they have come out and changed bits and it still doesn’t work properly sometimes it will cook fine and other times I bring things out still frozen . I am going to have to call them out again which is not easy being a single working mum . When the element was removed last time the engineer said it was not even the right one for that oven . I don’t believe it was a new oven when bought refurbished maybe . Very disappointed it has been a nightmare .

Rubbish!
I was excited to get this cooker but excitement disappeared quickly as it takes 20 minutes (at least) to get to the temperature you want and even then you have to add at least 10-20 minutes to the cooking time indicated on food packaging! Grill awful! On the plus side hob good and looks nice! But for the money find something else!
