About this product
The Hisense HDCEC5C10W Electric Ceramic Cooker brings serious versatility to your kitchen with its generous double oven setup - a spacious main cavity for Sunday roasts and a handy top oven for smaller dishes or batch cooking. The standout Air Fry Mode lets you get crispy chips and golden chicken wings with minimal oil, so there's no need for a separate air fryer taking up worktop space. You've got 4 oven functions to choose from, dual programmable timers to juggle multiple dishes, and catalytic liners in the main oven that make cleaning much less of a chore.
The 4-zone ceramic hob offers flexibility for everyday cooking, with 2 medium and 2 large zones for different pan sizes. Front-mounted controls keep everything within reach, while the full-width electric grill in the top cavity is ideal for toast, bacon or finishing gratins. Both ovens are A-rated for energy efficiency and feature interior lights and double-glazed doors with removable inner glass for easy cleaning. This freestanding electric cooker requires hardwiring by a qualified electrician, includes 3 shelves in the main oven and 1 in the top oven, and has a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Worst cooker ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had read the reviews for this cooker before I bought it , all the things I’ve said are wrong with it are in nearly every review I have read . Oven needs to be preheated at a high temperature, then food needs cooking longer and higher than stated and the food comes out under cooked or warm, only had the cooker a week and already hate it dread every teatime when I need to use it .Because of the longer cooking time and higher temperature it going to put up the electric bill, not efficient in anyway .

Hisense-Cooker in black
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cooker, which is the first one I have owed that is new. It is slim and great looking and fits neatly into my very small galley kitchen. I have really enjoyed learning what it can do and am pleased with how it looks and all its functionality.

New 50 cm electric cooker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this only 2 days ago so still getting used to it. It looks good and the hob has more control than my previous cookers. The ovens are deceptively large...good. Only downs are there doesn't seem to be an indicator like a light to show when the desired temperature reached in the ovens which is quite important when baking. Also it would be good if the timer option could be used for items on the hob...not to turn off the ring but simply count down the time. As far as I can see I can do this only with using the timer on either oven with simply the light function chosen. All in all I am quite happy

Temperature Control Not Very Accurate
Initially, I was quite happy with this Hisense cooker. I appreciated the accessories it came with, the size fits my space perfectly, and the design is nice and clean. It's generally a very nice-looking oven. However, there are a few drawbacks. The timer is a little bit fiddly to operate, and the rack for the roasting pan doesn't fit properly. My main concern is temperature accuracy; at 200°C, it's actually more like 180°C compared to the 2 temperature probes used to test, so I have to set the oven to 220°C to get it to operate at 200°C in air fry mode. This leaves me uncertain whether it's actually using the air fry mode or has reverted to conventional fan-assisted cooking.
