Two items disappointing
The Grill pan handle is difficult to attach and the design of the handle makes the pan far too heavy for the average user.. The air fry facility needed heating up in advance to cook raw vegetables making it longer to use and less economical than our stand alone air fryer which heats up a much smaller area.

Great cooker
I am so happy with this cooker. The performance is excellent, and the high capacity a fabulous bonus.

Feels like a massive upgrade
I bought the Hisense HDCEC6C20W as a replacement for my Beko cooker that wasn’t fit for purpose from day 1. The Hisense feels like a massive upgrade from a Beko cooker, very sleek in design, it is very unassuming to look at and looks like a much more upmarket product. On first using the cooker it was obvious that my other cooker wasn’t getting to temperature. It heats up very quickly, is very quiet and cooks good gently retaining the integrity of the food. I am very pleased with my cooker so far and I’m looking forward to using the different cooking techniques. My sons are incredibly intrigued by the pizza cooking function!

Great oven
This oven does it all. I am still learning how to use it. That's not because it's complicated, cause it isn't it's just I am no good with new technology. It heats fast cooks lovely very quiet. And looks lovely. The thing I li e is the timer goes up not down. So you know exactly how long it's been in and not how long it's got. Which I didn't know how I felt about that first of all. But having used this , it's now a really good thing to have. This oven is huge it's capacity is alot. My old oven was only a 50 inch one , so was really small compared to this monster.i would recommend this oven , was a bit more than I wanted to spend but well worth it. Looks nice in my kitchen. And you can just put the light on with no oven which is handy for cleaning so you can see what you are doing. Air fryer is great, not tried the pizza oven yet, but I am sure it will be good. Very happy with my oven.

Great
Only had this cooker for a few days. It looks amazing. Iv'e used the pizza setting and it was great = lovely crispy bottom. Used the hob just now and it was very quick to heat and very responsive to adjustments. So far so good.

Disappointed
The cooker was dreadful to install and level and the feet had to be substantially extended to their limit to be level with the work top, the feet once at this point bent when the appliance was maneuvered into position requiring it be be removed the feet straightened and another attempt at siting it correctly. The 2 ovens are very slow to reach temperature and the ceramic hobs seem very underpowered. The hob indication dials are poor and quite unclear as to which dial operates which ring and it is disappointing not to have a fast heat ring available on any of the 4. Also disappointing not to have a fan facility on the top oven as there is clearly venting for it. This is not an inexpensive cooker and is disappointing in its features and manufacturing design
