Just right for the job
This was a replacement for a previous device that I wore out. I needed the nearest equivalent and this seem to fit the criteria. Simple to use, tracks the session, good grip on the feet and I like the front lips to prevent slipping forwards.

Good
The mini stepper is so good according to it's standard and no noise worth of buying but I got some knee pains because of my fitness and it takes so much time to burn calories but we need fitness to handle it.

poor quality
decathlon steppers used to be good quality but now seems price has risen and quality gone down. the item squeaks and makes all kind of noises and does not feel as good when stepping

Everything you need to know about using a stepper!
With the MS100 stepper, you use all of your muscular and cardiovascular systems at the same time. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury.
Go even further by adding difficulty...
If you want to give your core and abs an even more thorough workout, you can twist your hips with each step. This requires extra effort but will give you a more all-round workout.
