Good product, with couple minuses.
I tried it few times, but not excited. I paid high price and expected to higher quality, but th ethe volume is lower then 4 times cheaper products. The control is not very easy, as touch buttons sometimes don't react, and it is complicated as I hold my finger on touch button and not sure what will happen with the device, or it will happen at all,- not user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have become my go to earphones over the last month or so as they have a much better output than my AirPods. The noise cancelling is really good. They stay in my ears which is a big plus and don't fall out and are comfortable to wear. Really clear for phone calls as well. They were really easy to set up with my phone. The case is a bit bulky but that's due to the earphones needing space so it's not an issue for me. I was really impressed with these!

They are perfect fit and do not fall out. I love how it’s comfortable to wear and does not hurt the side of the ear. Quality of sound is brilliant. They come in a nice small compact case which is chargeable. It’s amazing how the wire is directly attached to case so it helps as I’m not losing wires now. Everything is in one place. It’s wireless and works perfectly well, paired straight away to my phone. Very easy to use.

The case is great for storage/ charging and easy to take on the go. The buds themselves fit comfortably even while running. They have many settings to suit the audio sound, although not something I've changed myself. I find the battery lasts well, and the sound quality is clear. Overall, I'd say these were great value.

So many positives but just not for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is much to like about these earbuds. The battery life is great, particularly bearing in mind how much charge the case stores. The case itself is sleek and I really like the ability to charge either via the USB port or the built in cable. The functionality is decent too. My main issue is they aren't a great fit - I've tried all the sizes of earbuds, but they all sit slightly above my ear canal (I guess I must just have big ears!) meaning the sound isn't optimal and it can be hard to hear the music clearly over the background noise. (The sound quality is actually pretty good if I hold the ear buds in place instead of looping them around the ear). They're still fairly secure around the ear (I've worn these when jogging, dancing, walking..) but unfortunately they just don't fit me properly! If the component around the ear was slightly bigger or more flexible to fit my ears better I think my score would be 5*, but unfortunately these are never going to be quite right for everyone! (Incentivised)

The instructions are simple and easy to follow, with clear diagrams that explain charging the earbuds and the case. I especially like that it shows the LED indicators and what each color means, which makes it easy to understand the battery status. I’m honestly really impressed. The ear hook design keeps them very secure, even during running or intense training, so I never worry about them falling out. The sound quality is clear with strong bass, which makes music and podcasts enjoyable. The active noise cancelling works surprisingly well for sports earbuds, and it helps block out background noise at the gym. Battery life is also great I can go several days without needing to recharge the case, the nice feature is the wireless charging option and the integrated USB-C cable, which makes charging really convenient whether you’re at home or on the go. Another thing I like is how comfortable they are even after wearing them for a long time. Overall, JLab did a great job with these. The Epic Sport 3 has Bluetooth multipoint technology which allows you to connect to any 2 devices simultaneously, e.g. you can connect to both your phone and laptop at the same time. This feature allows you to seamlessly switch between devices, such as your phone and laptop, without needing to disconnect and reconnect. If you’re listening to music on your laptop and your phone starts ringing, it automatically switches over so you can take that call.
