About this product
Control light and privacy with these versatile vertical blinds that adjust to suit your mood. The removable slats can be trimmed down to size if you need a more precise fit, which gives you flexibility when measuring. The wipe clean fabric keeps maintenance simple and quick, just a damp cloth is all you need to keep them looking fresh. They've been tested and certified safe to the 2014 blind safety standards BS EN 13120, and they're covered by a one-year guarantee for peace of mind. Super easy to order . Ordered to the store of my choice. Have bought all my blinds for argos. They are great value for money. Cut them to the size we need . The installation of them is a breeze too. The colour of the slat is a nice grey too. You can also change them up with replacement slats too. Will use argos again for them. 5*

Good purchase, pleased with result.
Recently bought two blinds and good value for money. Trimming the head rail takes a while so be patient! Tip - use some tape to avoid scratching if handsaw slips during cutting. Otherwise, instructions very easy to follow and trimming slats was simple. Blind is 100% opaque in daylight, at night it does show minimal, internal light on the outside.

I have had to cut down all my rails with an hacksaw as they were all too long. Its a bit fiddly and harder than cutting down roller blinds. I would not attempt it if you are not a good DIYer though.

Argos Home Grey Vertical Blind - 90cm
The hangers, beading and the plastic clips that hold this in place are fitted by you during assembly, they're not fixed on when it comes. You trim the length of the the blinds (at the top hanger end) and then fit these bits after. They all just slide on.

The supplier has advised the following for the Home Vertical Blind Pack - Grey:
“ Our product size is the closest matches to your need. This vertical blind is 180cm wide x 229cm drop. The drop length can be easily trimmed to 208cm with scissors cutting excessive vanes. However, please ensure there is enough space for the width. The metal rail is 180cm wide which cannot fit into 178cm recess. Although the metal rail can be trimmed to size. But I would not recommend without help from professionals. ”
