Good quality
I purchased this product around a month ago now and I’m pleased to say that it is still in good shape and the headset is not damaged. Usually, for a category of item like this one, I’d say it lasts me for about a year before wear and tear kicks in. As of right now I’m impressed with the product.

Great Headset
I have been using the Official Xbox Wireless Gaming Headset for a while now and it has been fantastic. Setup was very easy as it connects directly to my Xbox without any hassle. The sound quality is rich and immersive with clear highs and powerful bass that really makes games come alive. The microphone is excellent and my friends say my voice comes through clearly without background noise. It is comfortable for long gaming sessions and the battery lasts a long time between charges. If you play on Xbox this headset is an excellent choice.

Hello Mum,
The Official Xbox Wireless Gaming Headset - Black is charged using a USB cable, which can be connected to a USB Mains adapter to charge.
Thanks for using Q&A
Hello dragonbload,
From the information we have available, I can advise the Official Xbox Wireless Gaming Headset is designed to work seamlessly with Xbox consoles, but it doesn’t natively support the PS4 due to the proprietary wireless signal used by Xbox. However, if the headset has a 3.5mm audio jack, you can use a 3.5mm cable to connect it to the PS4 controller.
Thank you for using Q&A
