Having 4 items plugged in at the same time isn't necessarily going to be a problem as each socket is individually switched.
Having all 4 running at the same time, however, may result in an overload to the extension so you would need to check on the power consumption of each device and add them together to see if they exceed the constant safe capacity of the lead (we would advise limiting to 10A or 2,400W / 2.4kW).
